What form of payment do you accept?

What is your cancellation policy?

If, on the day of your rental, rain, high winds or other inclement weather is predicted we will call you and will be given option to postpone delivery time for weather to clear, reschedule or cancel your rental. Please note that ALL sales are final and non-refundable. In the case of a cancellation due to weather or personal reasons, payments made in advance in the form of a deposit or prepayment for an order shall become a store credit that can be applied towards future rental within a year of when the original order was made. We also require at least a 24 hours advance notice. Once your order has been loaded on the truck for delivery, it is no longer eligible for store credit in the case of a last minute cancellation.

How many people can play in an inflatable at one time?

Some inflatables can safely handle more participants that others. The rental agreement, equipment signage, and rules for operation will be provided to you by at the time of delivery . The inflatable slides allow one to two guests to slide at a time, where most inflatable rides can safely hold between 4 and 10 guests at a time depending on the size of the unit and ages of the riders. Adult supervision is required for safe operation of any inflatable unit.  View a detailed chart shown above.

Can you set up in a park or other public location?

The customer is responsible for obtaining proper permission and/or permits for equipment rented and placed in parks or other public locations. If proof of insurance is required, you must request it when making reservation please allow 2-3 business days for processing requests.

Where is the best place for the inflatable or Tent to be set up?

On a flat, grassy area free of rocks, branches and other sharp objects.

Do you inspect, clean and sanitize your moonwalks?

We inspect, clean and sanitize our party equipment prior and after every rental. We pride ourselves in providing you with the cleanest party equipment and by making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

How much electricity do I need?

Our inflatables are inflated using a fully enclosed electric blower unit that is powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each blower draws roughly 9-10 Amps (1,000 -1,100w) and some larger units use multiple blowers. Electricity is needed within 100 feet of the inflatable. These motors run constantly to keep the unit inflated so constant ample power will be required. Concession equipment should not be placed on the same power source. The units are powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each machine requires between 7-11 Amps (900-1,300w).

What should I do if I lose power or have another problem?

Interrupted power is the primary source of inflatable failures. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on it. Then check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If the circuit breaker has tripped, try to identify and isolate any other equipment from the circuit before resetting the breaker.

Can the inflatables be set-up indoors?

Yes, our units can be set up inside or outside! You will need to have enough ceiling height (minimum18’-20’) to accommodate most inflatables The inflatable must not be set up near hot lights, fire prevention equipment, air conditioning vents, or any fire hazard. Many gymnasiums, halls, churches, or locations with sufficient height will do just fine.

What would be considered an “Unsafe Environment” for use of an inflatable or Tent?

1.) Severe weather. If winds are more than twenty miles per hour or there is lightning or rain present, the bounce house should not be used. In this case, unload all riders immediately and the blower should be turned off and unplugged. Once the severe weather has passed, the
Moonwalk can be inflated and used normally.

2.) Weight capacity is exceeded. If too many children are using an inflatable at one time it increases the likely hood of injury to both the children and the Moonwalk itself

If your event is late fall/ winter:

Certain weather requirements MUST be met in order to set up any inflatable. JUMBO JUMP RENTAL reserves the right to cancel if your event is outdoor and the temperature is below 50 F. We will call you the day prior or the morning of the event to discuss options you have such as; canceling your event, moving event to indoor location, or rescheduling( If given approval, we are able to hold the deposit for an event up to 1 year after canceled event). If the winds exceed 15-25 mph we may also have to cancel event, and we will allow all above options. If the forecast calls for 50% or higher for rain we will allow all above options. Your children’s safety and comfort is our top priority.
