Pre-Delivery Checklist for Bounce House & Tent Rentals

1. Site Preparation

Clear the Area: Remove all debris, including rocks, sticks, glass, and pet waste.
Level Ground: Ensure the setup area is flat with minimal slope.
Overhead Clearance: Verify there are no low-hanging branches, power lines, or other obstructions.
Underground Utilities: Inform us of any underground sprinkler systems or utility lines to avoid damage during stake installation.

2. Delivery & Pickup

Presence: Have someone 18 years or older present during delivery.

3. Access Requirements

Pathway Width: Ensure a clear path of at least 3 feet wide for delivery equipment.
Obstacles: Notify us of any stairs, narrow gates, hills or other obstacles that may impede delivery.

4. Power & Water Supply

Electrical Access: Provide a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup area.
Water Access: For water slides or inflatables requiring water, ensure a hose connection is available.

Utility Marking: For tent installations, especially on grass, ensure all public utilities are marked.

5. Weather Considerations

Monitoring: Keep an eye on weather forecasts.
Cancellations: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule due to weather.
