Eren was great with helping me relieve so much stress for the party! They check all the details of your yard ahead of time and plan where setup will be most accessible for the day, and verify all details with you ahead of time. The setup crew was polite and efficient, and easily explained how to use all the equipment (even though I spaced on using the popcorn machine!) The package deal with tables, chairs, a tent, and bounce house was perfect and we had an excellent day of celebrations for my sons 5th birthday! Would highly recommend to others!

Such a wonderful experience! Most places we called were not providing bounce houses due to COVID19. Our 4 year old had one request... a unicorn bounce. Jumbo Jump Rental did a fantastic job! They followed up after we ordered online and were prompt for delivery and pickup! They cleaned the bounce thoroughly both after setup and takedown! We absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again!

Jumbo Jump was amazing to work with! We scheduled a day for rental but it was going to be rained out. They called dme and asked dif I would want to reschedule. I contacted party goers and they were all ok with moving to Sunday. The weather ended up being perfect! When they arrived for setup, the got right to work. Once the bounce house was set up, they went inside and out amd sanitized it! The next day, we blew it up again to dry off from the am dew. They sanitized it again and then packed her up. It was so easy and seamless. The pricing is on point as well!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a bounce house.

Super nice people and so easy to work with. They accommodated a last minute change for us so quickly. Definitely would work with them, again. The bounce house with water slides was a huge hit!

Right from the start I called and left a message and I was called back promptly even via text! All of my questions were answered and the rental was clean and in great condition. They set up and and picked up the bounce house promptly and professionally. Would definitely go with them again.

Great customer service and product! I ordered a bounce house and drop off and pick up was on time and took no more than 20 minutes. They cleaned the bounce house when they dropped off and again when they picked it up. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. They seem very family oriented and run a great business.
